A great teaching tool to assess students in a fun way! Teachers can create a Kahoot by entering in a collection of questions on specific topics. Kahoot times the amount of time it takes for each student to answer the question and will rate them a scare and place. Kahoot allows an unlimited number of “players”, creating a social, fun and game-like learning environment.

Rubistar:

Rubistar is a tool to help teachers who wants to use rubrics, but do not have the time to develop them from scratch. While many teachers want to use rubrics or are experimenting with writing rubrics, they can be quite time-consuming to develop.

Pinterest:

Pinterest is a social network that allows users to visually share, and discover new interests by posting (known as ‘pinning’ on Pinterest) images or videos to their own or others’ boards. Pinterest is a great resource for teachers to use; to find ideas of activities for the classroom, lesson plans and units.
